Before You Book
Pick-Up Locations Free pick-up is available from Cessnock, Nulkaba, Pokolbin and Lovedale for our advertised transfer services. Additional fees may apply for pick-ups outside these areas.
Passenger Numbers
Our advertised airport and cruise transfer pricing accommodates up to 4 passengers.
Multiple pick-up or drop-off locations Advertised pricing applies to one pick-up address and one drop-off address. Additional charges apply where multiple addresses or locations are required.
Waiting Time We understand that sometimes you can't predict exactly when you'll be ready to leave. For restaurant transfers, we allow 15 minutes of complimentary waiting time on either side of your booked pick-up time. An estimated pick-up time is required when making your booking. Additional waiting charges apply when the complimentary 15-minute allowance is exceeded. If you know you'll need additional waiting time, we recommend adding the appropriate waiting-time option when booking.
