Hello from Sam and Martelle...
Designated Driver Hunter Valley is a family-owned business started in early 2024 by us Sam & Martelle.
Met and lived in Sydney for many years. I worked in corporate and Martelle worked in health, customer service. We always had a close affinity with the Hunter Valley region as Martelle’s family comes from the region. We made the move and relocated to the Hunter Valley few years ago to be close to the family.
Since, moving to the Hunter Valley – Martelle made a career change and moved into wine industry and absolutely fell in love with it! We both share a passion for good food & wine. We did notice a big gap with transport in the region. This brought the idea to the limelight of starting a much-needed tours + transfers business.
The vineyards became our backyard since moving to the Hunter Valley. Big reason of starting this business is we wanted to share our backyard with you.
