Terms & Conditions

Booking Payment Terms:

  • 50% deposit required to confirm transfers booking.

 

  • Balance 50% to be paid 72 hours before the transfer date.

  • Booking Deposit amount can be paid through any accepted payment methods on the website while finalising the booking or through bank transfer.

Booking Terms:

  • No open alcoholic beverages allowed in the car.

​

  • If the car gets dirty due to any spills or unfortunate event of sickness. Cleaning fees of $230 will apply, which will be charged at the event.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Minimum 48 hours notice required for cancelling any tour booking or transfer service. This will confirm a refund of 75% of the booking deposit amount.

  • Any notice of less than 48 hours will only confirm 50% refund of the booking deposit amount. 

  • Most Restaurant and Accommodation Transfers are non refundable if booked within 48 hours of actual time of transfer.

Please note:

  • We do not cater for Hens, Bucks Parties.

  • This is not a Taxi or Uber service.

​

  • We do have a zero tolerance policy for rude, aggressive or racial discrimination behaviour.
