Booking Payment Terms:

50% deposit required to confirm transfers booking.

Balance 50% to be paid 72 hours before the transfer date.

Booking Deposit amount can be paid through any accepted payment methods on the website while finalising the booking or through bank transfer.

Booking Terms:

No open alcoholic beverages allowed in the car.

If the car gets dirty due to any spills or unfortunate event of sickness. Cleaning fees of $230 will apply, which will be charged at the event.
Cancellation Policy:

Minimum 48 hours notice required for cancelling any tour booking or transfer service. This will confirm a refund of 75% of the booking deposit amount.

Any notice of less than 48 hours will only confirm 50% refund of the booking deposit amount.

Most Restaurant and Accommodation Transfers are non refundable if booked within 48 hours of actual time of transfer.

We do not cater for Hens, Bucks Parties.

We do have a zero tolerance policy for rude, aggressive or racial discrimination behaviour.
