We would love to take you to this wonderful award-winning venue, so for Black Friday, all Tours with Brokenwood on the itinerary get a complimentary tasting.

 

1. Promotion Period
The promotion begins at 9:00am (AEDT) on Monday, 24 November 2025 and ends at 11:59pm (AEDT) on Tuesday, 2 December 2025 (“Promotion Period”).

2. Eligibility
a. Offer is available to customers who make an eligible booking online only during the Promotion Period.

b. Offer applies to all Full Day and Half Day Wine Tours inc. both Design Your Own and Pre Designed Tours.

c. In case of all PreDesigned/PrePaid Wine Tours bookings - a total refund amount calculated  @ $15 per person will be processed back onto your credit/debit card for the, paypal account for the complimentary wine tasting only. This refund will be processed within 24-48 hours of receiving the booking online. If you have made the payment via the bank transfer option. Please provide your banking details together with the redemption/coupon code in the “special requirements” field provided for us to be able to process the refund.

d. Limited availability. All bookings are subject to tour capacity and scheduling.

3. Offer Details

 

a. Customers/Groups who book an eligible tour during the Promotion Period (specified dates above) will receive one complimentary wine tasting per person/per group at Brokenwood Wines.

b. Complimentary tasting times are based on Brokenwood’s schedule:

​

• 10:00am on weekends, 2pm for all afternoon tour bookings.
   

• 11:00am on weekdays, 2pm for all afternoon tour bookings. 

​

• c. The complimentary tasting must be redeemed on the same day as the booked tour and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for cash.

4. Booking Conditions

a. Standard booking terms, including cancellation policies, apply.
b. The offer is not valid for existing bookings or bookings made outside the Promotion Period.
c. The promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount.

5. Changes & Cancellations
If a tasting at Brokenwood Wines becomes unavailable due to venue operations, changes in trading hours, or unforeseen circumstances, Designated Driver reserves the right to substitute the tasting with an alternative winery or remove the add-on at its discretion. No compensation will be offered for such unpredictable circumstances.

6. General
Designated Driver reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the promotion at any time without prior notice. Participation in the promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
